Escape rooms (also commonly known as escape games, room escape games, and escape-the-room games) are a very simple concept, and almost exactly how they sound. Basically, you get locked in a room with your friends (or co-workers, family, etc.), and you have to get out in the allotted amount of time, typically an hour. To “escape the room,” you must solve a series of puzzles, riddles, clues, etc. that all work together with the theme to help you get out. If it sounds weird, it’s most likely because you haven’t tried it. We think escape rooms are incredibly fun, challenging, and exciting, and worth every penny.
