Basically, an escape room is a live game in which participants enter a room set with a theme and have to leave it before a time limit (which is usually 60 minutes). To do this, they must solve a series of puzzles, riddles and mini-games related to history, using communication, logic, ingenuity, skill, creativity and, above all, teamwork. At no time is physical force used or special preparation needed: it is a recommended activity for all audiences, especially for those who wish (never better said) to escape routine.
